Standard delivery is 2-5 working days, however, where possible all stock items are despatched for next working day delivery.
Larger items, such as profiling beds, hoists and mattresses, and other non stock items will be delivered between 5-10 working days. Delivery will be sooner where possible.
Vplus Care offers free delivery on all orders over £100. If your order is under £100, a charge of £9.95 will apply.
If an item is defective, damaged or short delivered, it is the customers responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will not accept returns on opened, used items or perishable, bespoke/made-to-order products, unless the item is found to be faulty.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and it is the customers responsibilty for the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer care team on email@example.com to arrange return of goods. Once your request for a return has been agreed, a shipping label will be provided and the customer will arrange a collection time with the courier. Due to the size and weight of many of our products, the cost of shipping can vary depending on the parcel being returned. A shipping cost will be provided to you once your request has been agreed and this will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please keep your packaging box for returns. Once the returned item has been received we will replace or refund as required. Please read carefully the below information.
We cannot be held responsible for any losses caused as a result of any postal, courier or third party services used when returning an item. If you are returning the item due to an error made by incorrect ordering of product(s), we reserve the right to charge for correct items and postage for replacement products. If the item is no longer required a restocking charge and carriage will apply.
Any goods received must be in good condition and carefully repacked. The above will govern whether Vplus Care replace or refund any products purchased via this website.
